Personal Overview

Dr. Bagrat Mailyan is an expert in Terrestrial Gamma-ray Flashes (TGFs) and energetic emissions from thunderstorms. He has done pioneering research in spectral measurements of the TGFs and showed their spectral diversity.  Also Dr. Mailyan's is interested in high energy astrophysics and neutrinoless double beta decay searches.

Current Courses

PHY 3440 – Electromagnetic Theory

PHY 4035 – Introduction to Nuclear Physics
