Personal Overview
I have been teaching at online universities since April 2003, with similar adult student populations in each. I use and have used Canvas, Blackboard, eCollege, LoudCloud, CNOW, ALEKS, Realizeit, MyMathLab, MyStatLab, and MyLabsPlus on a daily basis. I regularly teach Fundamentals of Mathematics, Contemporary Mathematics, Basic Algebra & Trigonometry, College Algebra, Pre-calculus for Aviation, Applied Calculus for Aviation, Statistics, Intermediate Statistics, Trigonometry, and Precalculus Essentials, with varying term dates of 4, 8, 9, and 16 weeks.
Before my university level online teaching, I taught online Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and English 4. While in the classroom for five and a half years, I taught middle school and high school mathematics and English to include Informal Geometry, Applied Math 1, Pre-Algebra, Pre-Algebra Gifted, Algebra 1, Language Arts, Journalism/Yearbook, English 2, English 2 Honors, and Drama 1, 2, and 3.
